The Fells name has been part of the local property market since 1988, when David Fells and Steven Gulliver established their first estate agency in the New Forest. From the beginning, the aim was simple: to give people honest advice, personal service and proper support throughout their move.
Today, David’s son, Dan Fells, continues that family connection through Fells New Forest. Based in Ringwood, the team helps people move throughout the New Forest and surrounding areas, combining longstanding local experience with professional photography, video and carefully planned online marketing.
Fells Coastal extends that same straightforward approach to Milford on Sea and the surrounding coastline. Led locally by Chris Collinge and his established team, it brings together detailed knowledge of the coastal market with the wider reach and marketing strength of the Fells name.
Fells New Forest and Fells Coastal each have their own locally based team, but work closely together. This allows us to connect buyers and sellers across the New Forest and coast while ensuring every client is looked after by people who genuinely know their area.

Based in Ringwood and covering Ringwood, Burley, Lyndhurst, Fordingbridge, Alderholt and surrounding New Forest communities.
Fells Coastal
Based in Milford on Sea and covering Milford on Sea, Keyhaven, Lymington, Everton, Hordle, New Milton, Barton on Sea and the surrounding coast.
